Great News!

The Coffman YMCA will be providing before and after school childcare for K-5 students in the Wilmington City School District. (Formally known as the SACC program.) Child care will be provided at Holmes Elementary School however students attending any elementary building can participate. 

Before school child care begins at 6:30 a.m. and after school child care ends at 6 p.m.Scholarships are also available with appropriate completed paperwork. Registration packets can be picked up at Holmes Elementary School or by emailing the Program Director, Teresa Perry at

Clinton County Ho Ho Shop 
If you are in need of some help with Christmas gifts the Clinton County Ho Ho Shop is now taking applications.  To qualify for the Ho Ho Assistance Program you must bring proof that you receive one of the following: reduced/free lunches, WIC, HUD, Medical Card, Food Stamps, Childcare Swipe Card, Heat Start, Help Me Grow or proof of unemployment. You will also need proof of residence in Clinton County, such as a utility bill with name and address, or a lease. If you qualify and need an application please contact Mrs. Nikki today. Deadline to turn in is November 29th. No forms will be taken after this date.

Students brought to school: Please have students here between 8:55 am - 9:00 am so they will have enough time to eat and be to class on time.

The PTO meets monthly to discuss ways in which money can be raised to support the education and school life of our teachers and students. We would love for YOU to come and be a part of the PTO! Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend our monthly meetings! Our meetings are held at 4:15 in the library.
